In addition to the daily charge, a visitors' tax of CHF 3.25 per person per day is payable. During their stay, guests are responsible for looking after themselves and for keeping their accommodation clean. If the guesthouse requires cleaning after a guest has left, this will be invoiced at CHF 50 per hour. The washing of bedlinen and towels belonging to the Foundation will be charged at CHF 30 per person.

The sum representing the rental cost of the entire stay (daily charge and visitors' tax), is to be paid into the Foundation's bank account no later than 7 days before the start of the rental period, upon which the agreement becomes binding.
